Dormer windows and cladding

Dormer windows are an attractive way of providing light for loft conversions and roof extensions. Where their joints exist there is a potential for water to seep in and cause damage. We fit lead dormer tops, jambs, soffits and side cheeks to aid with the waterproofing of your roofing system.

Restoration and repair work carried out

Given the durable and hard wearing properties of lead roofing materials, it may only be necessary for Gary Pearson Roofing to carry out small repairs to your lead flashings. More serious damage will require replacement however, which can be evaluated by contacting us for a free survey.
